Trails at Pierpont Meadow
Explore 0.75 miles of trails at Pierpont Meadow. All trails can be accessed off the sanctuary road. There are short moderate slopes on some trails. Terrain can best be described as level in the fields and some of the woodlands to slightly rugged on more recently built trails.
This sanctuary uses a blue/yellow trail marking system. Blue circle trail markers lead away from the parking lot. Yellow circle trail markers lead back to the parking lot.

Meadow Loop Trail
This short easy trail encircles a meadow and allows you to observe various species of shrub land and meadow birds, dragonflies, and butterflies. During nesting season, see what birds are using the bird boxes. A short link trail connects you to the Woodland Loop Trail.
Woodland Loop Trail
Walk through a pine and mixed hardwood forest. The George Marsh Trail is located off this trail.
George Marsh Trail
A portion of this trail follows the shoreline of Pierpont Meadow Pond before it re-enters the woodland. A short spur trail leads you to the edge of the pond.
