CSA Add-ons & Other Share Options at Drumlin Farm

We offer work shares and shares SNAP customers and have several optional add-ons—such as Flower and Pick-Your-Own (PYO) shares.

Optional Add-Ons

Each year, we offer several optional add-ons that can complement your regular CSA share. These Add-Ons cannot be purchased independently of a regular CSA share. However, you can sign up for as many of these options as you wish.

PYO Veggie Shares (Spring, Summer, & Fall)

With this add-on, shareholders can harvest set amounts of certain veggies from our fields with their own hands. Due to limited quantities and the prohibitive amount of time it takes us to harvest them, these particular crops are only offered in limited quantities to our regular shareholders.

Spring CSA shareholders will have access to strawberries, sugar snap peas, and shelling peas. Summer and Fall CSA shareholders will have access to cherry tomatoes and string beans. Gain access to greater volumes of these farm favorites by enrolling in a PYO Veggie Share!

PYO Flowers Share (Summer & Fall)

Regular CSA shareholders can celebrate summer with this add-on of 12 weeks of Pick-Your-Own (PYO) flowers! You'll cut a large bouquet each week and will have access to all flowers grown in Boyce Field—zinnias, rudbeckia, sweet william, gomphrena, salvia, celosia, dahlias, and ornamental amaranths and grasses. Harvests take place the same day and during the same hours as the Drumlin Farm CSA weekly pick-up (Wednesdays from 12–6 pm).

Fruit Share (Summer & Fall)

We partner with Autumn Hills Orchard in Groton, MA, to offer you a selection of peaches, apples, pears, plums and grapes. Fruit shares run for the last 5 weeks of summer distribution and the first 9 weeks of fall distribution.

Shares for SNAP Customers

SNAP customers can now use their SNAP benefits to purchase a Drumlin Farm CSA share and earn HIP Rewards! Once you're enrolled in our program, CSA payments will automatically be deducted from your SNAP account each month.

If you wish to sign up or have any questions about SNAP Shares, please email us or call 781-259-2202.
