Birds, Banding and Migration Standalone Field Trip (9-12)
Visit the bird banding station to observe how migratory birds are captured, identified, studied, and released. Focus on native plants that provide nourishment, nesting material, and shelter for birds on a guided bird walk and use binoculars in the field to find and identify birds by sight and sound.
Locations: Parker River National Wildlife Refuge.

Program cost depends on number of students and length of program. Mass Audubon charges a flat fee per group of 15 students ("sub-group"). Maximum of 4 sub-groups of 15 students or 60 total students. Entry fees to certain field trip locations not included. Please contact us for a direct quote.
