Pond Exploration, Gr. 3-5

Bring your science curriculum to life with a visit to a freshwater pond! Students will explore the pond using dipnets and other science equipment to collect, observe, and identify macroinvertebrates. This field experience will teach students about the health of freshwater habitats and the life cycles and adaptations of animals like frogs and turtles that depend on these habitats.
