Description
Spring has sprung for frogs and salamanders! As soon as our vernal pools and wetlands thaw, they come alive with the sounds and movements of frogs, salamanders, and insects. Ever wonder what they are singing about or how to identify the calls of wood frogs and spring peepers? On this youth-focused evening hike for families, learn about frog calls, salamander coloration, and how each new species appears as spring unfolds.
