Spring Wildflower Exploration on Pleasant Valley's All Persons Trail
Description
Search the meadows and woodlands for blooming wildflowers and other signs of spring as we enjoy a leisurely outing in the warm sunshine. Learn to use guidebooks and smartphone apps to look up plants that we discover.
This program is open to everyone and designed to be universally accessible. We will spend our time on Pleasant Valley's All Persons Trail. The program may cover up to 0.8 miles of wide, flat or gradually sloping (0-7% grade) trail that is surfaced with crushed stone and features benches or multi-use seating areas at regular intervals. An all-terrain Freedom Chair and Rollator will be available to borrow.
