Spring Lecture Series: Spring Migration

Description

Each Spring millions of migratory birds begin a journey from their wintering grounds in warmer southern climates to their breeding grounds throughout the north. For anyone with a love for birds, the months of April through early June offer the best opportunity to see some of our most colorful birds as they arrive or pass through our region in search of their breeding grounds. Join the South East staff as we look at why birds migrate and what challenges they face to complete their journey.

Join us the day after by registering for the paired field experience back at North River Wildlife Sanctuary!

This registration is for the May Lecture of this series.

Separate registration is required for the paired Field Experience the following day.
