Description
Explore the form and function of the feathers that enable birds to fly long distances while staying warm and dry. Delve beyond these basics to learn how feathers help birds sense their surroundings and show -off to impress potential mates or intimidate competitors and predators. Finally, understand the adaptations birds have developed to use those beautiful feathers to soar, glide, and dive.
