Description
Through positive outdoor experiences with friends, the Riverside Explorers will discover the unique wildlife that inhabits the park and learn how humans and nature are connected. We will walk the trails of the park and the sidewalks of Cambridgeport to observe how nature adapts to an urban environment. Then, we will do team projects like invasive plant removal and monitor wildlife to improve the park as a habitat.

Program meets in front of the Magazine Beach Park Nature Center.
Parking is available but limited. This is a drop-off program where parents do not participate in the sessions.
Mid-session registration is allowed and will be pro-rated. Contact [email protected] for more information on signing up after the first class, or if you have any questions or concerns about your child's ability to participate successfully.
