Wildlife photographer and Mass Audubon instructor, Shawn Carey of Migration Productions, will teach you how to use Adobe Lightroom to manage your digital photo files using shortcuts that will be easy to learn. You will learn different tricks and techniques to apply keywords, set up collections, and use the develop module to edit your photos.
Over the last 20 years, Shawn's photos have been published in the Boston Globe, New York Times, Mass Audubon Sanctuary Magazine, Science Magazine, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary Magazine and many others. Migration Productions produces bird and wildlife related multi-media presentations, videos and photo workshops that have been presented all over the United States.

Please park in the gravel parking lot by the large yellow barn and walk along the paved pathway in front of the yellow barn, two smaller buildings, and turn left onto the brick pathway which will lead you to the entrance to the Nest.
This is an all day workshop that is broken up in three instructional units:
Section 1:
Understanding Lightroom and how it works, organize your photos/files.
Library Module
Importing files, rating and editing or culling images.
Proper backup of files and catalog
Section 2:
Keywords and Keyword list, the proper way to apply Keywords
Understanding collections and why there are useful.
Section 3:
Develop a Module
Develop and output for e-mail and web.
