Homeschool Winter Great Blue Heron Class - Wednesdays AM

Description

Great Blue Herons are deep observers, fast movers, and are vital to their habitat. This six week series will feature exploration of the sanctuary's many habitats as well as active games, engaging challenges, and a deeper examination of our local ecology.

What if you found yourself lost in the woods in winter? What would you do to stay safe, warm, fed, and get found? We will learn from the amazing winter behaviors and adaptations of our local wildlife and spend each class on a different outdoor skill.
