Description
Deepen your connection with the natural world as mindfulness coach Stefanie Haug guides us to explore the beauty of the sanctuary and connections with our surroundings and each other. We will engage in mindful activities including simple warm-up movements, guided breathing and centering exercises, and mindful walking attuned to the sounds, aromas, colors, textures, movements, and living presence of the surrounding landscape.
In this supportive environment, we will be invited to pause, share reflections, and be with our senses wherever we may find ourselves, both emotionally and physically.
