Description
Join fellow teen birders to explore around the second-largest body of water in Massachusetts! Wander through wetlands, pine forests and grasslands in search of waterfowl like Common Loons, wading birds (maybe a Glossy Ibis), gulls (maybe a Bonaparte's Gull), and early migrating songbirds like Eastern Meadowlark, Palm Warbler, and Northern Rough-winged Swallow.

Meet at Drumlin Farm's Education and Learning Center (ELC). To get there, drive past the main parking lot to the building at the end of the loop.
Bring binoculars if you have them; loaners are available, please ask! Wear footwear appropriate for varied terrain. Bring a packed lunch and plenty of water.
