We'll cover the history of this fascinating beverage, ingredient selection, and the steps to creating delicious mead. Taste a variety of honey and meads, and bring home your own bottle of mead.
Mel Gadd is Mass Audubon's Beekeeper who has been involved with the Essex County Beekeepers Association (ECBA) for over 16 years.
