Description
Springtime brings an explosion of life, especially in special ecosystems like vernal pools. Vernal pools are ponds that appear seasonally, creating a temporary haven for unique species like fairy shrimp, wood frogs, and many macroinvertebrates. With dipping nets, microscopes, and ID charts, we'll carefully explore the wonders these biodiverse areas have to offer.
