Description
As the summer ends, the harvest season is really ramping up. There are many different plant parts that we can harvest - leaves from a lettuce plant or stems from a celery plant. We will harvest some veggies and herbs from the Clark - Cooper Community Garden and learn a new culinary skill. Participants will pick their own vegetables and leave the program with their own pickled creation.
