The Noisy Puddle: A Vernal Pool Exploration

As part of the Mass Kids Lit Fest, we are honored to co-host this family event with Linda Booth Sweeney. Linda is the author of The Noisy Puddle, a vibrant and poetic tale that invites young readers to explore the wonder of vernal pools.

Join us to hear Linda read The Noisy Puddle (available for purchase at event) and introduce you to a host of fascinating vernal pool creatures. Afterward, come along with Arcadia educator Kelly Walbert for a fun exploration of Arcadia's very own vernal pool, easily accessible via a boardwalk. We'll have nets and containers ready to dip into the water and see what amazing creatures call this pool home.

This event was designed with children ages 4-10 in mind.
