Description
Enjoy a fun family evening at Arcadia and celebrate the annual migration of amphibians -- aka "Big Night"! Sign up for a guided, 45-minute enchanted walk on a trail where you will encounter costumed characters from vernal pools. These characters, including a salamander, a frog, and a fairy shrimp, will teach about their lives through short, humorous outdoor skits that children and their accompanying adults will enjoy.
Prepaid advance registration is required for this event. You can register online or by phone. When you register, please choose your hike time. Hikes leave from outside the Visitor Center every 15 minutes. Please call today as spaces fill quickly, especially for the early slots.
