Nature Journaling with Author Naila Moreira

Description

Join Naila Moreira, author of the middle grade eco-novel The Monarchs of Winghaven, for a family workshop on nature journaling. Kids and adults will work side by side on the creative process of capturing the outdoors within the pages of a notebook - from weather, to birds, to bugs, to plants, to landscapes. We'll start with inspiration from the bird-watching, bug-loving kid protagonists of Winghaven, then hand craft our own journals and head out to explore the nature of Arcadia.
