Directions to Skunknett River Wildlife Sanctuary

Cross the Cape Cod canal via the Sagamore or Bourne bridge. Follow the signs to Route 6/Mid-Cape Highway. Follow Route 6 east to exit 65 (formerly exit 5) for Route 149 south towards Osterville. Follow Route 149 south for approximately 0.25 miles and bear left onto Osterville/West Barnstable Road. Follow this road for 2.8 miles. From the traffic light on Route 28, continue on Osterville/West Barnstable Road for 0.5 miles towards Osterville. Take the first left on Bumps River Road. Proceed for 0.7 miles and continue left at the intersection, the sanctuary parking lot is 100 yards on the left.
