For the Birds Art Exhibition & Educational Programs at Felix Neck

Special Event: April 6-26, 2025

Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary and Featherstone Center for the Arts are coming together to celebrate the art, beauty, and function of wild birds during this inspired spring collaboration.

Conservation efforts at Felix Neck preserve our island’s precious landscape and biodiversity, including the protection and monitoring of a variety of bird species, from Ospreys and Piping Plovers to American Oystercatchers and Barn Owls.

The For the Birds exhibition brings this work beyond the sanctuary to strengthen the connection between nature and art, awakening imaginations and increasing awareness of the habits, homes, and history of birds on Martha’s Vineyard. Thoughtfully developed to serve community members of all ages, the exhibition brings Mass Audubon’s education offerings to life, featuring inspiration and education on bird species from around the world.

View and shop for unique local pieces or get creative at one of our upcoming programs.

Location: Featherstone Center for the Arts, 30 Featherstone Lane, Oak Bluffs

Cost: Free to attend
