Boston Parents Paper Selects Mass Audubon as ‘Family Favorite’ for 2020

LINCOLN, MA.—Boston Parents Paper has selected Mass Audubon a 2020 “Family Favorite” for multiple categories in the respected parenting magazine’s annual Reader's Choice awards.

The state’s largest nature conservation nonprofit was named No. 1 in the Animals and Nature Summer Camps category; placed within the Top 5 in both the Family Summer Camps and Farms categories; and was a Top 10 finisher among School Vacation Camps.

Mass Audubon operates day camps at nearly all its 19 nature centers statewide, as well as the Wildwood overnight camp in Rindge, N.H. After extensive discussions and site-specific scenario planning related to COVID-19,  each of our camps has determined whether or not they will be running programs this summer.

The “Family Favorite”  awards are based on votes of Boston Parents Paper readers in its annual online survey, which runs in March and April. The magazine will publish the results of this year’s survey in its August issue.
