Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary - Volunteer Butterfly Garden Volunteers Allens Pond is home to a beautiful Butterfly Garden, which has invited the presence of almost 40 species of butterflies. While the Butterfly Garden is well established and home to many species, it could still use some work! Allens Pond is looking for Butterfly Garden volunteers to help expand the garden to incorporate a new visitor entrance from the parking lot. Volunteer help is also needed to maintain the garden, plant new species, and to observe and record butterfly sightings.
