Facility Rentals

The Broad Meadow Brook Conservation Center and Wildlife Sanctuary, conveniently located on the outskirts of Worcester, has facilities available for rental by private and public groups and organizations. We offer a unique, natural setting for business meetings, workshops, and social events. Take advantage of all our 400-acre wildlife sanctuary has to offer, including a newly renovated Conservation Center, complete with a picnic area and deck; over four miles of marked trails for hiking, leaf peeping, wildlife observation, and snow shoeing; and engaging exhibits and information about the Blackstone River Watershed.

Maximum Capacity: Maximum 50 people

Availability: Year-round

Rates: Vary depending on space and time. Discounted fees are available for non-profit organizations and Mass Audubon members. Please refer to our brochure for details.

Food Storage/Prep: Limited kitchen facilities available at rear of meeting room

Parking: Onsite parking available

A/V Equipment: Slide projector, large retractable projection screen, TV and VCR, Wireless Internet, CD/Tape player

Additional Amenities: Podium, conference tables and chairs, oven and rangetop, sink and dishwasher, toaster and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, moveable service island, dishes, glasses, silverware, serving platters, tablecloths, on-site parking, and free access to sanctuary trails

Please note: No smoking inside or outside the building. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
