  deciduous shrub, grows 10 to 15 feet high
Origin:
  Asia
How it got here:
  formerly widely planted for wildlife food and erosion control
How it spreads:
  copious fruit and seed are dispersed by birds
Threat:
  invades field and field edges. Autumn olive’s ability to fix nitrogen helps it out-compete and displace native species.
